Great service on my 2023 BMW M340. Been using Firos for many many years now and will continue to do so.

This is my second time at the shop everyone here is respectful and very helpful they keep you updated on what they're doing and go over everything with you before they start the job.

Very friendly and informational told me what needed to happen. Explained what parts or services needed to get done that was necessary and what stuff was optional.

Techs are so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate they spoke to me directly to explain the issue with my car. The price was the best in the area as well. Highly recommend and they will get you in right away

Sadly, I thought this was a good place. They proved me wrong. Received a quote for one amount, charged for 2x the amount for the same work AND charged for storage fees on top of that without disclosing that anything had changed.

I had a great experience at Firos. I brought a car in to do a buyers inspection and had multiple people sit down with me and walk me through everything I needed to know. They were very thorough and transparent. Definitely recommend

I came with a bumper half on half off but leaning more so to OFF. My friend and I painstakingly laid on the ground before the evening before and got 5 or 6 clips/fasteners in but i needed on to make it to work and start my Monday. They got my in and out before 10:30am. Thank you firos!!! My bumper is now on ❤️.

We were driving through Denver with our RV when we ran into issues with our truck. Not only did they fix it and fast, they didn’t charge us when we came back in with the same problem. Friendly honest people here. If I lived locally, Firo’s would be where I bring my car! Thanks Adrian and Miguel!

I discovered Firos Auto Haus by accident when the engine light on my car started flashing, the engine itself was misbehaving and I was on I25 heading home to Colorado Springs. They were great! Knowledgeable, helpful, and generous. They went the extra mile to phone the dealership to see what was covered so that I didn't have to spend unnecessary money. They even added oil to my car as a gift and made it possible for me to return home safely. I would trust them and use them consistently if I were in Denver.

I've been coming to Firos Autohaus for years to get my oil changed. While it was way more expensive, I thought they were "trust worthy".... Boy was I wrong. I recently brought my car in because my AC would occasionally stop working. I did not ask for any work to be done, but rather wanted to see what the issue was. When I picked up my car, they charged me $400 to refill the freon and replace the cabin filter. The very next day, my AC stoped working again. When I took it back in, they said it was the AC/Heater Module and it was going to cost another $814 and they would have to order the part. During that time I decided to take upon myself to do some research. What I found was that the part itself (AC/Heater module) was only $130 (and would take under an hour to install). Another mechanic quoted me $160 to install it. As if that wasn't bad enough, after watching some YouTube videos, I learned it might actually just be the fuse. So I checked the fuse and sure enough it was fried. I replaced it for a whopping $6 and fixed the problem myself. I will not go back to Firos or recommend this shop to any one else in the future. This is literally highway robbery! Shame on you Miguel.

They overcharge and are scammers! I took my car here because the AC was intermittently going out. They charged me $400 to top off the freon and replace the cabin filter. The next day, the AC stopped working again. When I took it back in, they said it would be another $814 to replace the AC/Heat Module. It turns out the only thing wrong was a $6 fuse that I was able to fix myself. I would never recommend this place.

Don't be fooled by the polite smile of the receptionest... Took my sons recently purchased 2001 Audi TT in to get a gasket put on between the turbo and exhust manafold and an oil change. Original cost was around $1550.00. I asked why it was so much and I was told by the owner Miguel that he goes by the book on the hours. I agreed to have the work done and about an hour later they call and say they have it opened buy need to do additional work to get it done. I skepticle and asked for pictures of the repairs done. The additional repairs pushed the the invoice to $2250.00 to put a gasket on. Unfortunatly that wasn't the real issue. When I picked my car up, aside from noticing the repair had be done well because I didn't have the issues I had when I took it there, However, it had a worse issue that proved to be dangerous on the road, First I want to start this by mentioning that I wouldn't have purchased this car for my 15 year old son if it had a safty concern and after picking my car it definitly was a safty concern. Driving back to work after picking the car up I noticed when I gave the car gas it would pull to the left significantly to the left. I figured it was due to the increased power gained in the repair. Only to find out while driving on the highway to my sons basketball game after work that the issue was a big problem when trting to switch lanes going to the left and accelerating at the same time the car almost went into the guard rail. The real issue here is that Miguel the owner said he was the one who test drove my sons car after the repair was made and he took no accountability or responsibility for the damage he caused. Some how he knew the power the car had and the only waqy he would know that is if he pushed it a little. there shop resides on Colfax Ave. the street in Denver with the largest potholes in town. Miguel next time maybe taking care of a customers car during a test drive will be on the forefront of your mind. And also taking responsibility and not allowing a car to leave your shop with damage YOU CAUSED shold be common practice if you do not want reviews like this one. Best believe FIROS AUTOHAUS will be getting a bill for the damaged you caused on my sons vehicle. If zero stars was an option thats what you'd get from me...

Always reasonably priced, and we use them all the time.

I thought they would take care of my vehicle and they COMPLETELY ESSED MY CAR UP! I thought I should write this review to let everyone know to stay away from this shop! It looks like somebody took White out to my vehicle for the paint repair.. They had my car for weeks costing me extra money for my rental and when I picked it up nothing was fixed. I had to question everything, ie: that the bumper was replaced because I could see glue. Then they ordered the bumper. Why have my car for weeks and give me back the vehicle not repaired when you’ve been paid by the insurance company. I have tried since last Year to get them to help with the cost associated from having to have another shop fix the repairs. Make sure you ask them for itemized receipts related to your car when you take your car here. Do not do not get your vehicle fixed here go somewhere else.!

I have been taking my car to Firo's for a few years. Their staff is excellent. If they overlook something they make it right. They are also reasonably priced and do a good job. I highly recommend working with them!!!!

They fixed my car all up, gave me a discount cause it took a bit longer than expected. They even managed to get a five year old stain up of my upholstery. They truly went above and beyond.

This place has been straight up the two times I came. They are able to work on my Alfa which many places can’t. The dealership wanted $1200 for a host of services based on mileage, but Firos checked it out and I only need a oil change. Will be back.

Polite and excellent work!

I dropped off my car at 9 for an oil change and to check on the AC. I needed to leave after the services to go help my elderly parents on the other side of the state and I let the mechanic know this. They said it would be done in about two hours. I also brought in my own oil filtter. After 3 hours passed I called to see what was going on. They had found a leak in the AC and had started working on it without talking to me about it, including draining all my Freon from The unit. They also said that the parts "wouldn't be too much to fix it" The parts were 250 dollars and they were quoting me 500 to fix it. They said they could fix it quickly and after I agreed they said the parts wouldn't be in until the next day. My oil change also cost about 150 dollars despite me bringing in my own supplies. I ended up getting my car back two hours after they said and when I showed up it was obvious it had been sitting for a while as the engine was cold. I'm sure they do good mechanic work but the lack of clear communication and misleading quotes makes me feel uncomfortable and I won't be returning. Edit to respond to company: this company told me they would refill my ac tank and run a diagnosis however when I called this afternoon they had drained it and did not refill it until I asked them to. They mentioned nothing about draining that fluid when I dropped it off. I did not insist on my oil being free but on their quote they have oil and oil filter being listed on the same line i was asking them to take the oil filter off. If you deal with bad reviews it's by attempting to embarrass your customers I'm even more concerned with your ethics.

Took my BMW here after I had taken it to 3 different shops and the dealership because of an electrical issue. I dropped my car off in the morning and by 11:30 one of their technicians named Sebastian had figured it out. I was so relieved to finally have answers to a problem that was breaking my bank. The technician that fixed my car although young was extremely experienced and a genius in the electrical diagnosis. This place gave me great service good prices and an end to my troubles. If you have a European car I absolutely recommend going to Firos. You will be taken care of!

If you want too keep on throwing money on parts they break or damage on purpose by all means go here! The guy knows his work but also knows how to ruin others to make you come back. Also tells his employees that they are problem solvers for there clients there dirty

For almost 30k the car is a bad looking daily driver. Dash is cracked, paint is flawed in many places.

Miguel Firo runs an excellent shop that really cares about the quality of his shop's work. They totally saved me on a cross country trip. Honest, reasonably priced, and really cares. He also has interesting restoration projects on his lot.

Worst company ever. They overcharge so much. For the simplest fix they will charge 5xs more than you think. DO NOT COME HERE!! Trust me, you’ll be better off somewhere else

I was recommended by a friend, they were able to get me into the shop by the next business day. The service was great, good value, and honest service. Would definitely recommend, specially if you have a European car.
